"The rooms are comfortable and spacious, I’ve stayed here before thats why I decided to stay here again. The only issue was that our kitchen didn’t have any pots or pans, it had utensils, plates and cups but I wasn’t able to cook. Good thing he had booked two rooms and that way we were able to use the pots from the other room. There was no laundry room on any kind of the two rooms. Everything else was great. The people at the front office were very helpful"

"Fort Magruder has the best deal for Williamsburg, hands down. We go monthly to go to Busch Gardens and Water Country—perfect location for both parks. It’s not the fanciest, but the front desk folks are friendly, the breakfast is included, and rest is had. "

"Overall a wonderful stay. However, I would suggest more help at the front desk. We checked in on a Thursday night at the start of a holiday weekend. There was only one person checking everyone in, with a line from the reception desk to the front door. I applaud Demetria, who checked us in, for maintaining exemplary composure and for repeatedly expressing gratitude for everyone’s patience. Her calm and pleasant demeanor was refreshing. "

"My stay was as I expected. I always clean and disinfectant my hotel room wherever I go, so it was clean enough at arrival. Staff was friendly, nice amenities, convenient to dozens of restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed ourselves. Nothing was extraordinary or standout. I did appreciate the option for late check out because we were exhausted."

"Rooms are a good size (we had the king size bed room). The few good things about the room: the bathroom is spacious, the kitchenette is fully stocked with cooking supplies, there is a laundry available per unit, and both the location and price are decent. The location is convenient to major sites like Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, and Jamestown. The bad things - the bed is uncomfortable and the couch is ancient and flat when sat on. During our stay, the entry way shows signs of water...

"Loved the villa and it was SO CLEAN. The staff were great. We enjoyed the pool, mini golf and playing horseshoes! It was really close to Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. "

"Easy parking and no safety issues. Check in was easy and quick. The elevator needs to be inspected and may need repair. It makes a significant noise when operating. The sink water piping had some trapped air and this caused a water surge and discolored water when the sink was first operated. It did clear up after running for short period of time."
