「The staff is super nice!!!! From front desk to the wonderful lady that sets up breakfast」

「Had to get a new deadbolt as other was falling off. Had to get garbage disposal fixed. Had to get bathroom squeaky door fixed. Beware: the studios are tiny. I’d suggest a suite.」

「The front manager was very monotone and unenthusiastic whenever we interacted. She also has difficulty communicating with guests in a timely manner, evidently shown when we tried to call the front desk but had to wait extremely long for her to just pick up. Hotel-wise, they didn’t have any slippers even when requested. The breakfast was also only mediocre at best. Nothing terrible, but nothing exciting either. All in all, it was a very average experience.」

「Property itself was nice. We arrived late in the evening and were told we didn’t need to place a parking pass in our vehicle because it was so late and the employee on duty said they wouldn’t tow. When we went to leave the next morning I asked for a receipt to show we had a “zero” balance due to a hold for incidentals.
