"I stayed at the Boxley while bicycle touring from Charlottesville to Richmond. The staff was amazing and accommodated my unusual arrival time, was flexible about storing my bike safely, helped me figure out dinner in the area, and arranging breakfast. I loved it!"

"Host is a very nice and interesting to talk to. Farm had neat things to look at. Very quiet and relaxing. Didn't know we had to tell them we wanted breakfast ahead of time so we missed out on the breakfast both days. I don't know if that was communicated to me or not. "

"Stayed in the General Jackson cottage. Room was very clean. The king size bed and jacuzzi were amazing. Had live entertainment at the the pub that night, will be back in the future."

"Exterior of property being renovated with front entrance closed. It was a little confusing getting in but once in everything was nice and new. "

"From check in to check out & everything in between in was a great stay. I read some of the previous reviews & was surprised with the negativity. It is a campground after all, not the Ritz. We stayed in one of the 38’ RV’s and were quite comfortable and happy with the comfort items provided. "
