「Caulking in shower was terrible. Needed to be pulled out in redone dirt and rust all over. Drain in sink kept clogging up. They came four times. It was still clogged the morning we left. We were there for five days. All staff appeared to be very nice, but the property needs better maintenance.」

「The first night was going well until we were woken out of a deep sleep around 2:30 AM by a group of people partying until 4:30 in the morning!! Then the next two nights it was the jacuzzi next door or above us that was very loud. It just isn’t sound proofed very well. We did enjoy the balcony and bed!! Thank you anyway. We did love the underground garage!!」

「It’s very quiet. Comfortable bed the lighting is fantastic. The breakfast is minimal. They could at least offer yogurt. I had an issue with the fireplace not working and they took care of it right away. I didn’t have a chance to call them about the television, not working because it was really late at night and there’s nobody on duty at the mansion. If you are handicap and cannot go upstairs, this is not a good place to stay. I was led to believe the Selena Louise room was on a lower floor, but...

「Check-in and communication regarding the property was very smooth. The place has all the things you need for a comfortable stay, including a portable fan and space heater! My only complaint is the comfort of the pull out sofa bed. It is nice in theory but the bed is extremely thin and uncomfortable. I would not recommend the one bedroom if you have more than 2 people staying. Otherwise, everything was great!」
