「Room was very clean and compact. Staff were business like and courteous. Special mention to Scottish cleaning lady who was professional and friendly. Units are new and adjacent to a heritage pub with its own restaurant.Only a five minute walk to numerous eateries and shops on the Strand. Units are very quiet as windows and doors are double glazed. Personal parking spot outside of each unit. Highly recommended.」

「Lovely comfy beds, nice furniture in lounge. We didn't use the cooking facilities at all, but plenty of equipment there. Couple of things could be improved - we noticed the coffee cups were very stained - just need a good scrub inside. Also the shower doors in the room we were in need attention - there is a big gap when doors should be closed. The drier has also left a lot of fluff over the ceiling which isn't a good look. Parking was good, though a bit tight for a larger car between two...
