「The suites are very spacious and comfortable. Having a small bar area serving alcohol in the evening was certainly a welcomed bonus. The morning breakfast had numerous options and the staff working breakfast were excellent.We enjoyed our two night stay at the hotel at a very affordable rate.」

「Staff were very friendly. Property was secure and clean. Early morning freight trains were an eye opener! No bathroom vent fans or tub mat-extremely slippery. You have to pay to park on the property. Overall it was very nice.」

「A bit disappointed when I got into the room, as found the cups at plastic, there is no water boiler, no slippers, no toothbrush. The worst thing is, there is kind of caramel smell in some of the towels (I don't know where it came from, but not dare to use it). The wifi in room is not free, for US$9/day I rather get a SIM card, the LAN is not working. Anyway the breakfast and dinner I had is ok, but for business trip I won't stay here again as there are other choices near airport, I don't see...

「I love this chain, and we are returning guests to this location in Memphis. For the same price as other local hotels, we get a couch area (that will make into a bed), a huge TV, a kitchen with dishes, large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, sink, built in storage, and a desk area. The beds are comfy, the room clean and cool, the hotel quiet and in a safe location. You can walk to a few eating areas across the street.」

「We had a one-night stay while driving cross country. We were comfortable with their clean and spacious rooms. The gym was nice. Pool was small and cold but the kids still enjoyed it. It was storming all day so there were a lot of people at the hotel, with only one woman at the front desk doing EVERYTHING. She was excellent at her job- helpful, kind, attentive, and didn’t seem to get annoyed with endless requests for towels and pillows for guests. (Not sure why they only put 3 pillows per bed and...
