"Alpenblick is a very cosy traditional Swiss hotel in Zermatt. The room was really spacious and comfortable. We also enjoyed very much the breakfast including a great variety of local food. "

They gave good inside information on snow conditions and skiing options. Also provided list of dining recommendations. Highly recommend staying here!!"

"I like the location.the breakfast was good,but I was dissapointed with the room ,because what they show online as the room, my room was on the basement with a big window to the back yard of the building and the view was for the grass floor,the building is divided into to 4 different hotels with diferrent names. i thought it was not fear ,but the room was clean,and warm"

"Room came with balcony as requested for mountain view but it snowed everyday so quite difficult to use balcony. Room was spacious and comfy Breakfast was good and teatime was included which was good for recharging Hotel location good"

"Check-in was quick and easy, and room was bigger than expected, clean, comfortable, with plenty of room to store / lock things; a side-door to an outside terrace with a table and chairs, and a great shower with plenty of pressure and warm water. Bed was cozy, and smart TV was new and viewing choices were abundant in several languages. The restaurant was usually busy, but they always found a table quickly for me (would recommend making reservations though). Service from the restaurant staff was...

"Front desk was very helpful. Ideally located in the town. After a long day of hiking I wish they had a spa/sauna, but I knew they didn’t when I booked the hotel (hindsight). "

"Very good hotel. Excellent staff. Good value for money. We stay for skiing in pila. Car is required as it's around 5 min drive. Not much in Pollien but it was a good base for us. Would definitely recommend."

"The room was very hot and we were across the street from a noisy bar so could not leave the main window (door) open. There are 4 stairs that make it difficult to haul up luggage and is not handicapped accessible. The breakfast attendant was more interested in her phone than clearing dirty plates from small table. Breakfast was excellent but coffee was lukewarm."
