「Very nice hotel - updated and generally clean. Great location next to Riverfront park. Our room, though, had a musty smell which got worse when we turned on the AC. Not terrible, but definitely noticeable. And we found a couple a small stains on the linen. Staff were professional, but not overly friendly. Overall, it’s a good value for the location and amenities (great pool; onsite restaurant and bar). I just wish they wouldn’t charge $15 for basically parking in the surface lot at the hotel -...

「Comfortable room. Fairly quiet except for the fire engines. Convenient location. 」

「Hotel is upscale with nice room amenities. Top notch shampoo, conditioner etc provided in the bathrooms. A bit too pricey for meals, even with the $20 hotel credit per purchase. The $20 destination fee per day & $28 self-parking fee per day seem excessive. Staff is very friendly & attentive. Some of the elevators do not work to go to the upper floor rooms by scanning the room key card.」

「We were quit taken by this lovely hotel! It’s the kind of place that invites you to sit and read a good book. We will definitely stay here again because of its innate charm. That being said, it has become rather worn down. The bed was lumpy (yet comfortable) and the furniture was showing its age. It was very clean, however. It really is a wonderful hotel, it just needs a bit of a financial investment to bring it back to its glory. 」

「The most comfortable bed in town. I stay at a lot of different places too. Checkin and checkout nice. Have an elevator, with a troll to help pack you in and out and the garage fee is only 34.」
