「We had a good time at the hotel, quite short as it was just for a night but highlights for us were the spacious suite, airport shuttle, great breakfast with multiple options and superb omelette made to your taste.The room and bathroom were clean.The initial attendant at the reception was a bit cold but the other staff were very nice. There is a nice French bakery just across the street, we enjoyed good croissants and other Paris delicacies as well. Overall I will definitely recommend 」

「I stayed with my wife for transiting to Washington airport (DCA). I need the shuttle bus service from hotel to DCA. I asked the staff, lady looks like African American, at/about 9:30am on 4th Dec. if I have to reserve the shuttle. She say , yes, and when I need the shuttle service? I answered about noon. She answered, "no problem". Unfortunately, when we checked out at noon, she say, sorry, no more shuttle before 3:00pm. Finally, we have to take taxi to DCA, and costed me US$30. Poor experience...

I will get a refund soon, regardless of the room. Why can I make a reservation and pay successfully without a room?」

「Couldnt be happier with my stay. Check in was easy, rooms were clean and bed bug free, there was a fridge, coffee maker and microwave! Easy shampoo, conditioner, body wash dispenser in the shower, the kids LOVED the heated indoor pool! There is coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby available At ALL TIMES. The continental breakfast was top notch! Even had sausage gravy! And! 711 was right next door incase you forget your phone charger (guilty)! And if you just wanted a little late night relax...
