「The picturesque setting on the Aegean Sea was amazing. The staff was so caring and willing to fulfill our very need. The continental breakfast had great local choices as well as other treats and beverages. We are building our house near by and will definitely have our overflow guests stay at Emporios Bay Hotel. 「Great place to stay in Petra, great service, great location, great experience!」

「We came, after booking and paying, and the owner said he is not working with Hotels.com that he had no room for us and that we should contact Hotels.com to get our money back. I have used Hotels.com for years, this is the first time this has happened and therefore also the first time I have realized how difficult it is to contact hotels.com if something happens. 3 days later I have still not god to a chat, found a phone number or anything to contact Hotels.com directly. Do not book at this...

「The hotel is very well placed, but in this off-season, the rooftop was closed, which is too bad. Also, the rooms are a bit out of date and the bathroom only had a spa tub; no shower.」

「We had a wonderful stay. We were in town to visit family. Captain Mike was a great host, extremely accommodating, helped us check in late, had breakfast made every morning and went above and beyond to provide food we liked (even milk for our baby). He liked to talk a lot and normally I would have loved to speak more but I had a lot of family things to attend to so I didn't have the opportunity to relax and have a coffee and talk.
