"Love the location of the hotel-right next to Reading Terminal, close shopping, Chinatown, city hall etc. 10 to 15 mins walk to Love park. The hotel itself and service were okay, nothing stellar but would stay there again just for the location."

"I enjoyed my stay, the staff is very nice and accommodating, i came early from my flight and i called them up to see if i was able to check in early and the lady got me an available room, no questions asked. Lovely room, loved the virtual key, great vibes in the area. Food located right across the street and everything is surprisingly walking distance. It’s amazing. I definitely enjoyed my stay. "

"I liked the convenience of walking to the Reading Market, restaurants and shops. Trader Joe's, Starbucks, and 7-11 are around the corner, which is a plus. The homeless population is a lot to navigate through."

"The only real complaint I have is the room stunk of cigarette smoke. If the room is nonsmoking it shouldn’t smell of it. Disappointed in that. "

"Easy check-in, clean room. One of two beds was unmade, with clean linen piled on top. Clean waste baskets on desk and sink rather than on floor. Only a single set of towels provided. Front desk indifferent to the issues - "we don't have housekeeping on the weekend." No floor lamp, so room was darker than I like."
