"All the Staff are very friendly. There is no housekeeping doesn't matter how many days you stay. Shower rarely gets hot/warm water but mostly cold and is not kid friendly. Rooms are little congested and we had only heater in the room , no AC unit. "

"Overall, the condo was clean and generally well maintained, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with throughout our stay. The location was also convenient for accessing the mountain, which made getting out to ski each day straightforward. That said, the unit itself was quite small and felt a little dated in terms of decor and furnishings. While everything was functional, it could benefit from some modernization to make the space feel more comfortable. Unfortunately, the biggest issue during our stay was the presence of mice. Although the staff were responsive when we raised it, it was still something that negatively impacted the overall experience and ultimately affected the score I gave the property. In summary, it’s a clean place with helpful staff and a good location, but the small size, dated interior, and especially the mouse issue made the stay less enjoyable than it could have been."

"The rooms are great. They are large, modern and very clean. There is plenty of room to move around. It's in a wooded area so it feels a bit secluded. The views out the rooms are nice. The staff is great. There is a lady there that is either the owner or manager and she is wonderful. She knows the area, makes great suggestions on food and fun stuff to do. She is very kind, polite and generous. She made drinks for my son and I (hot coco and tea). She was fun to talk to. I wrote this because I was so impressed by her and the lodge. Great place to stay. I will be back - Dave W. "
