Everything was very nice and the staff at the hotel was very professional and helpful…the only thing that was kinda over priced for the quality was the food at Rusty’s restaurant at the base of the sky area.

Great stay on North Shore

Parking right in front of our back deck, easy checkin with keyless option, coffee maker and small kitchen with dishes and cookware, comfortable bed with pillow top mattress and wish I couldve stayed longer to enjoy the many amenities.

We really enjoyed our stay at Granlibakken Lodge in Tahoe. We've stayed here several times, and have always had an amazing experience. The rooms are clean, comfy, and well stocked. All the comforts of home. The breakfast buffet is delicious, it's a hot tub and pool is clean and very relaxing.

The gentlemen at the front desk were friendly, knowledgeable, and very kind. The restaurant had excellent food. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this rustic retreat.

Wonderful setting, probably won't be back.

I felt like I wasn't welcome there. The check-in person was brusque, and the constant email and text reminders were annoying. Always trying to sell me more. While the room was clean and all the basic supplies were there, the fact that there wasn't one chair in the place meant I had to sit on the floor to put on my shoes an socks. Who chooses the TV system?

This place is a great value. Perfect for a budget stay. Room was adequate and spacious with K-cup coffee maker, microwave and fridge. Staff is great. Close to Tahoe City and easy drive to Palisades.

Classic Comfort at the Granlibakken

We never stay anywhere else. Yes it's pricey,but oh so wonderful. Even with construction going on, it's peaceful and comfortable. When the pool is quiet, take a heavenly swim. Breakfast is fantastic!!
