"Very happy with the cleanliness, friendliness of staff, and also security. After 9pm you need your card to get inside. Only issue was not entirely soundproof. I slept okay, but the family of elephants above me was up at 6am, so I was too. "

"Excellent one-night stay! The room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and efficient. The location within 20 minutes of downtown Milwaukee and the pool area in the center of the hotel make it a great choice for business or family. "

"Hotel is very outdated and not the cleanest. Toilet flushed slow, doors slammed loud, beds not comfy, and bathroom isn't updated. The breakfast was horrible! One waffle maker, so that's already a long line waiting. They only serve 1 frying pan of bacon and 1 pot of scrambled eggs at a time! NOTHING else to eat. Pool didn't have towels! Housekeeper was so grumpy knocking on doors, constantly swearing. Maybe that's why the rooms are kinda dirty. Front desk ladies were friendly and helpful. PAY more money for a hotel and go to a nicer hotel."
