The hotel was very clean. Was disappointed that the pool was out of order, but the exceptional front desk customer service made up for it. Clean hallways, elevator, and room. We got a 20% off coupon for ihop and that was amazing as well!

We had a beautiful room on the second floor overlooking the pool/ atrium. Unfortunately there was a party room below us and a very large family reunion. The noise was quite loud until 11 pm. The bathroom floor needed a little love, everything else was top notch. Staff were AMAZING and very friendly!!!
