「The Tapoco Lodge is absolutely beautiful and the staff was amazing. The cabin we stayed in felt like everything was antique but somehow still new. My only complaint was that Expedia allowed me to book it as a pet-friendly room when the actual room I chose wasn’t pet-friendly. The Tapoco honored the reservation anyway and took care of us. They were terrific. My wife is already asking if we can stay here again. 」

「This cabin was amazing, like a 1830s time capsule with modern conveniences. We absolutely loved our stay. The cabin is very clean, spacious, and the decor amazing. We normally don’t geek out about interior design, but found ourselves marveling at the many pictures and artifacts. They were very interesting. 」

「The cabin is an apartment. Like 10 guest to a cabin. Had a hard time parking because of all the construction lumber piled up in the parking lot. Also no electrical outlets in the bathroom. ☹️」

「Cabin was beautiful, very clean, had everything we needed, couldn’t ask for more, also lots of things to do in the area, hiking, river is very near to cabin, Clingmans Dome is about 45 minutes from there and Gatlinburg, TN is about 15 more miles from Clingmans Dome, worth visiting!! Overall our stay at cabin was fantastic!! Will rent it again!!」

「This trip was for my kiddo’s 14th birthday! She wants to be a national park ranger when she grows up, so what better place to take her than the great Smokey mountains! In saying that, I wanted to find somewhere that would be fun and different. When we came across Gorgeous Stays I knew we must book it!
