"Pleased to be upgraded, with our room giving views of the tower. Liked having 2 comfortable seats plus coffee table. Our room was very clean & comfortable. Location excellent, near many restaurants and major bus routes. Breakfast had good variety, however seating was overcrowded especially when groups present. Self serve laundry now available with 2 washers & dryers (reasonable cost)."

"If I could give this hotel six stars, I would have. The hotel staff were lovely and very helpful, and patient with our questions. They provided us with drinks as VIP expedia members as well, which was nice of them. The hotel itself is located minutes away from the subway and bus stations, which provides an easier time going to various places. This is important since Busan is quite vast and sites can be far from each other. I would recommend this location! "

Even though we chose a partial view room, it still offered a lovely open space with a balcony and a nice sea view, which was a bonus. The facilities provided were excellent as well, adding to the overall convenience and enjoyment of our stay. We were very satisfied with our experience. "
