The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was fresh and had plenty of options. The coffee and croissants were fantastic! Also bikes were free and paddle boards were 10$ which we took advantage of and were a nice touch for our stay. The hotel isn’t walking distance to much but the bus/trolly stop was right...

"Room was a bit tired but perfectly acceptable. Loads of space both in the room and bathroom. Nice partial lake view from the room/balcony. Breakfast was good and was kept topped up by staff. Seating outside under shades. Centre of Malcesine about 20-30 mins walk from the hotel along the lake."
