The outdoor amenities were great, the view on the lake is amazing. The rooms were basic but we knew that going in. However, they were very dirty, with very visible dust on the walls and in every corner.

Lovely room with lake views out of both windows, was a shame we didn't have a room with a balcony but we had lake views as promised. Room was always kept clean and the beds were comfy and the air conditioning worked great which was a life saver in the 36 degree temperatures. Nice breakfast in the morning which was included so that was nice. Overall a lovely stay and we would return again to this hotel without hesitation.

Lovely hotel, in such a fantastic location and so close to everything in the town. Right beside the harbour for boats, ferrys, cafes, restaurants, bars. Rooms were tidied everyday and restocked. Rooms were big and comfortable with aircon, and amazing views. Staffed helped where the could and advised when possible. Town is beautiful. Can really say enough good things.

The rooms were cleaned daily , very well . Fresh bedding as well as towels provided each time. The hotel itself is looking a bit tired in the bedrooms but as you are out of the hotel during the day it really didn’t matter to us. The view from the outside area is great and the staff were very friendly and helpful

Ideal location on the water. The lack of onsite parking adds a layer of complexity. The hotel off site parking isn’t well advertised but is cheaper than other long stays. It is up a steep hill though, so not practical for taking luggage back to the car. Staff are friendly and helped me when needed. Thank you. Bed wasn’t made on check in. The bedding made it impossible to have the twin beds as a proper double bed - far from ideal for a married couple on holiday, and not what we booked. Very dated and rooms aren’t very sound proof. We had screaming children next door for two nights, and their father was exceptionally aggressive to my husband when the children nearly knocked him over in the lobby. Sadly tainted our opinion of the hotel. Bar closes unusually early for residents, so depends which staff are working that night whether you can enjoy a nightcap on the terrace - which had been a reason we chose this hotel. Toilet paper and towels were pathetic. Glad I took my own. Our duplex was spacious with plenty of storage but low ceiling height down the stairs was dangerous for my husband and me. The electrical sockets were also dangerous. We enjoyed breakfast. Lake Garda is a very special place which compensated well. For the price, many will stay again. I’ve stayed in many hotels in my life and as a budget hotel goes, some of the basics like towels and toilet paper need improving in my opinion.
