"Clean and modern room"

"Check in was a breeze. Offered option to pay for early check in, which we did. Super convenient to walk to Broadway and the Bridgestone Arena with ease. Felt safe and room, hallways and lobby were clean. Parking was very expensive, but we were able to park right by the elevator, making it easy to unload and load our car to and from our room. Staff was nice but I wouldn’t say they were “friendly”. "

"The room was spotless ! It smelled so good and the beds were made up very nice. Check in was smooth and checking out was a piece of cake ! I’ve been staying with you all for seven years while being a cancer patient at Vanderbilt Medical Center. I’ve never had a problem. "

"Very nice hotel. I liked everything about my stay except for the strong perfumed elevator and Lobby. It would trigger headaches and my allergies. I would have gotten drinks at the bar in the lobby more. I only ate breakfast my first morning there because I couldn’t tolerate that strong scent that made me sick. "
