"Great location with a friendly staff. Onsite parking is not great and the rooms need some fixing on the floor tiles but I overall a great stay."

"When we booked this hotel, it advertised free breakfast, but that wasn't the case. it was disappointing, but it didn't ruin are stay. Great location. will definitely stay at this hotel again. "

"The hotel was really nice and comfortable. We did not need the extra-long pillow on the bed that was provided. This was the first hotel that allowed check-out at 12 pm. I thought that was so awesome, but our flight was early in the morning, so we had to leave by 3 am. We did not do breakfast, but would have liked to. "

"The only issues I had were not having a towel rack close to the sink for the hand towel, and the elevators were frequently very busy. The hotel/rooftop deck, room, complimentary tea & nespresso coffee, and staff were great. It was clean & comfortable, and everyone was friendly. I loved that it was 1/2 block walk to the Climate Pledge arena, restaurants and coffee shops."

"Parking is first come first serve-which you don’t find out till you get there. We parked in public parking."

"Bathtub drain was slow. Towel hook on wall coming loose. Door lock cranky. One reading light broken. You get the picture, but clean. Breakfast on weekends are a zoo. Long line. Not enough seating. Good food selection, although scrambled eggs & sausage patties not hot enough."

"Seemed falsely advertised. When I was looking for a room, it started saying that they had a room available for $64.00, and made a point to say “this is the full price you pay” with an arrow indicating the price. However….when I went to the next step, the price jumped from $64.00, to over a hundred. THEN….when I got to the property to check in, I was informed that they take a fifty dollar deposit fee on top of the price I was already quoted to begin with. On top of that, they also informed me that they charge for parking on their property, since we had 2 vehicles, the charge per vehicle would be $15.00, which they automatically paid out of the deposit in which I learned about when I arrived at the property to check in. Very misleading details on the charges listed online. Expecting someone to pay $15.00 for parking, is ridiculous. They did not even offer a pillow and blanket for my car. I’m not even sure how secure the parking lot is that they charge so much for guests to park. "
