「Good location to Biltmore House. Clean, but poor lighting in room. Bedside lights almost useless for reading in bed. No staff at desk upon check-in, Four rooms were waiting to check in when desk clerk came back from "checking rooms for readiness". Seems like that could be done by someone else before 5:00pm. Same with check out - had to wait to desk staff. Breakfast was $17.00. I thought that was a little high.」

「Can’t even begin to say what a horrible experience this hotel was. Our room safety lock on door was broken - hallways were dimly lit, the staff was very unhelpful. When we tested the door lock they sent a janitor to “unlock” the door with a screwdriver. The pool was dirty, hot tub was not working, the ice machine looked like it had some sort of nasty leakage. The list goes on. We cancelled our reservation after being denied another room and left. They said Expedia would issue the refund. Expedia...

「Friendly staff. Nice environment with rooftop views bar which serves tasty pizzas. Spacious room. Complementary reception is an extra bonus! Definitely recommend it!」

「Great location.... within a close walk to downtown Asheville without the sky-high price. Two large fitness rooms, one including free weights are on premises, plus guests can use the YMCA next door as guests. Restaurant on site for easy, early breakfast. Great place; I'll be staying there again for sure.」

「Staff were so friendly and helpful. Hotel was nicely appointed throughout. Our room had a wonderful view, comfortable beds, clean look. I really liked the rain shower. Fantastic view from the rooftop bar, and the location is perfect for enjoying downtown Asheville on foot. Definitely recommend!」
