Mohegan Lake 3 Stars Hotels

"We had issues with housekeeping the entire stay. When we checked in, i discussed our needs with the young lady. We did not require the beds being made or shower cleaned. We needed fresh towels every day as we were exhibitors at the Lyndhurst Mansion craft show. We were instructed to leave the towels outside our room and the trash. No towels were ever put in our rooms. When we we returned late at night (after 8pm) i had to go back down and get fresh towels all 3 days of our stay. Poor messaging on her part. The young lady who was stuck with our complaint was wonderful and overwhelmed and there were many people complaining about issues in front of me Every Night."

"The staff were very accommodating and attentive to my requests of staying in a quieter floor with a later check-in. The room was extremely clean and bigger than I expected, with the AC working perfectly (as I like to sleep in a cold room). Breakfast was no-frills (bagels, cereal, juice, etc) but no complaints otherwise. "
