"The staff, Carmen & Stephanie- and the rest of the team!! I had a dilemma with the shower head and she tried to take care of it right away, but she couldn’t. I went on my day-come back on the evening and there was note left by the zinc, it said all fixed!! The room was always taking care-neat and clean. The breakfast was just fabulous and delicious. Very impressive on how Stephanie made sure that there was plenty of food and always nice and clean. For sure, I will look for this name- Best Western Plus Heritage Inn. Awesome on everything!! Congratulations to all staff, that it shows that they like what they do for a living!! Muchas Gracias!!"
