「Si on avait pu mettre 0 on l’aurait fait. À fuir !!! Logement sale, pas conforme aux photos données. Logement INACCESSIBLE en voiture, cela pourra en aider certains. Se garer à 10 mins à pied de l’hôtel. Pas de réception 24h24 juste un type qui sort d’une fenêtre à moitié endormi.」

「The hotel room is located in a residential building near to the hotel. It could be quite inconvenient and insecure. The room does not provide fridge, kettle nor bottled water despite what the descriptions stated.」

「Personnel très bof, peu accueillant. Arrivé sur place nous n’avons pas eu le chambre réservée de base avec jacuzzi alors que nous avions payer plus chers pour avoir la chambre deluxe, c’est donc le lendemain qu’ils nous on fourni notre chambre.Parking très compliqué qu’on nous quittions l’hôtel sa prenner des fois 15-20min car qu’on tu te gare en premier tu prend le risque d’être bloqué par les voitures qui suivent. Pas de petit déjeuner et ni repas inclus. C’est dommage car les chambres...

「Room was nice and clean, breakfast was nice. They let you choose if you want Albanian or sweet option. Very lovely staff. It's in amazing location although bells from church nearby do get quite loud early in the morning so light sleepers it might bother. Also they're just doing some road works which can start as early as 7:30am. Getting to the hotel after reception closes is very confusing. I wish they gave us little clearer instructions.」
