「Friendly environment」

「This was the last night on our trip and found this location last minute. It was very clean, easy to check-in and out and the breakfast was fine. Would highly recommend.」

「The hotel is a the best in town and was convenient to get to. Rooms were odd and left a lot to be desired from a comfort perspective. The hotel tried to be great which is commendable.」

「The check in/out was easy. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The walls could have been scrubbed a bit but I am extra picky. The hallways were clean, smelled nice and were well lit. The pillows were small but comfortable, and we were given extra upon request. Breakfast was good but the coffee was weak. We had a nice stay. I would stay here again.」

「Upon checking in...there was a smell....when going to our room and checking the beds (2 queen beds) BOTH BEDS WERE BADLY STAINED.... we were moved to another 2 queen bed room upstairs....also BOTH BEDS STAINED AND GROSS...TRASH STILL IN THE ROOM... When I asked for the Manager, I was told there was no Manager on location, no was there any service staff to change any sheets or clean anything.... I demanded a refund and got one.」

「The pictures did not match the actual hotel . The hallways were gross , and the rooms were not maintained . I would not recommend this hotel .」

「The Rose Cottage was so spacious and quiet and Robin was very friendly and accommodating with requests. She helped with dinner recommendations and shops around town. I would love to come back here again!」
