「Clean and safe」

「Renovation noise on 1st floor was very noisy, for much too long, during weekend stay. Hotel air quality, was not refreshing. Feet tripped several times, while walking, on loose carpets in hallway and by elevators. No common courtesy of basic hotel ammenties were provided. Overall atmosphere of hotel was not good, and overall needing a better upgrading of "quality" accommodations for guest. 」

「Room was nice. Staff was great. I honestly do not think there would be a diffrence from sleeping on the bed or the floor. The bed bed was like a stone slab. Woke up ebery morning with back pain.」

「The room was clean but the floors and baseboards were not. The service was not good either, the staff was friendly but when asked for fresh towels and an extra pillow they never brought it. 24 hours later I had to wait at the front desk for them to actually give me fresh towels as I wasn’t going to take “we will take them right up” as an answer again. The front desk staff was sick, wiping her nose then touching things. When we arrived to check in we waited for someone to come out of the back...

「我喜欢这种规模不太大的度假酒店, 我们订的池景双床房(侧面对着大海). 早餐也还是不错的, 虽然不是四五星酒店全套自助餐; 酒店还有提供去往沙滩时用的毛巾, 很贴心; 由于天气不好, 我们没有使用可爱的泳池, 遗憾了呢. 唯一不足是电视节目, 只能使用INTERNET TV, HBO GO 去看一些东西, 好像没有找到直播的电视台节目. 另外就是美国的酒店都没有拖鞋, 需自备; 牙具也要自己带.」

「Parking very convenient. Check in was smooth. Housekeeping routine puzzling; day two we stayed in till 11 am and the room was not serviced. Day three we left about 10 am and only towels were replaced but nothing else touched in the room. No nightlight in bathroom and tile floor felt slippery when wet. 」
