「The staff was amazing and the room was extremely clean. We were kinda bummed out at first because a big portion of the waterpark was closed due to a window being unstable. What was still open was awesome and the activities for the kids were also great. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable of the area. 「Simply the best hotel in Milan and Sandusky. Spotless rooms with amenities, regular house keeping, great breakfast options, nice ambience and very welcoming and positive vibes from the staff. Highly recommend it. Worth every dollar spent.」
