「The Owl's Perch and surroundings is beautiful and serene. I would 100% recommend. The accommodation in very well laid out with many things thought of for your convenience. Enjoyed every moment, wish we could have stayed longer.」

「Great location on the lake. My husband and I kayacked, fished, brought our pup along. We enjoyed sitting on the porch overlooking the lake. The owners were more than welcoming, anticipated our needs before we thought of them. 」

「No Wi-Fi, reached out to contact listed to contact if issues who gave us a different number but because wi-fi wasn’t working we didn’t get messages in time to reach out. It’s nice to get away to places and not have wifi when you don’t need it but we had some critical things we needed wifi to be available and property shows it was available, regardless we shouldn’t have to track down who is responsible for service when we used email given. The place was neatly presented but it was NOT clean. ...

「My girlfriend and I stayed at this property during our trip around North Georgia, and we had a wonderful experience! The location was very convenient for exploring nearby attractions such as Helen, Brasstown Bald, and Blood Mountain. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and we especially appreciated the cozy bed-and-breakfast atmosphere and the breakfast provided. Having access to a bathtub and sauna was also a great bonus, especially for relaxing after a long day of hiking...

「Perfect location, laundry equipment ? Great place!」

「Property was clean, nicely decorated. Very peaceful, but still close to the main road. The listing showed a view of the river, but it was overgrown and couldn't really see the water from the porch. But it was a good place to stay and be within a short drive to lots of hiking, pretty drives, and restaurants. The Dragon Pit in Robbinsville had good food, and the Tattered Tartan Pub in Andrews was great food and atmosphere. The house is a tiny house, so only 2-3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 kids...

「This place was excellent with a view that you just have to see for yourself. The host, Jess was so accommodating and always on call. Everything you need is provided. I highly recommend this place. You will not regret it.」

「Relaxing creek beside this lovely basement accommodations. Host was lovely. We were advised that all we needed were our clothes, and she was right. This host has thought of everything.」
