「It was very clean. There was a lot of bugs (roaches) in the room crawling everywhere. And both beds were squicking out of control.」

「We loved the property but if you are looking for a quiet place, this is not for you. You can hear everything in the hallways, pool area and your neighboring rooms. Be prepared to hear everything! However the staff and cleanliness is top notch!!!!」

「We enjoy staying here when we come to Stuart/Jensen Beach. We love that they are a pet friendly hotel, and we always bring our dog with us. The rooms are clean, updated and very comfortable. Unlike other hotels that are pet friendly, you cannot tell that there have been dogs staying in the rooms because they are so clean and sanitized! No doggie smell anywhere! We will definitely be back again.」

「that The front de staff is extremely nice. I haadvisen in the Customer Service Business for over forty years. I wish I had the staff that SpringHill Suites Marriott has. This includes the people setting up the morning buffets. The Housekeeping staff. The only thing I would advice is; housekeeping move the end tables beside the bed. I was plugging in my Laptop and found some ancient crumbs and dust bunnies. The rest of the room was very clean. I can't wait to stay there again.」
