"Very nice staff. Rooms were clean and cute. However breakfast needs improvement."

"The staff was not available when we checked out. The room was clean but had old fashioned tub, had the old round toilet. The room was clean but had very stained chairs two out of four. The place needed some remodeling. The place was nice and quiet. Parking was very convenient and free."

"I stayed overnight at the Sideways Inn and was very pleased with my experience there. The room (I stayed in Room 234 where Miles and Jack stayed) was clean and the property was well maintained. I was given a $12 food/drink voucher for Sideways Lounge which I used for 2 free drinks. The location was great and in walking distance to both AJ Spurs and the Hitching Post II (both featured in the movie Sideways). The staff were adequate though not very friendly and breakfast consisted of coffee and a donut, so nothing special. I stayed at the hotel after visiting numerous filming sites for the movie. Overall I was very pleased with Buellton and the Sideways Inn and would highly recommend the hotel."
