The room was nice and clean. One of the skylights could not be closed so it was too bright in the morning. It was odd that all the legs of the chase on the right bed were loose and all the faucet handles in the sink and shower were also loose.
We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Best location for walking everywhere in town, clean, pet friendly(park right across street), easy check in, easy building and room access via code and good staff responsiveness.
2 things to know - walls are thin and you can hear everything (people speaking loudly on street, large trucks driving by and noise from guests walking down halls, opening doors etc). Also water in bathroom sink never got hot (or even lukewarm)

Loved the “Invisible Service” check in and very much appreciated the onsite, off-street parking in a private lot. Well located a block away from the shops and restaurants. Enormous room and shower! 5 stars! Absolutely recommend staying here.

Perfectly located in the heart of shopping, dining, and all downtown… even the Wednesday Farmer’s Market!
Room was cozy, spacious and many special touches.
The no staffed lobby code entry, Honor system, and overall uniqueness made this a great stay!
Across the street is a great coffee shop open later than others and endless bakery options close by.

Invisible staffing has its ups and downs. Getting in was definitely an understated adventure/challenge but we also happened to check in on a farmer’s market night and naturally the farmer’s market is right in front of the hotel and parking lot. Overall good spot, but not for the tech-unsavvy.
