This was our first time using a no staff type hotel. Our only issue was needing to speak with anyone after hours 9:00 p.m. There was no remote for the TV cable which had to be brought over the next day. I would recommend nicer towels. The ones in our room were dingy and rough. That being said, it was a lovely experience, and we'd most certainly stay there again and recommend it.

This place was just Amazing! Wanted to book a place that was different for my hubby's 50th birthday & it did NOT disappoint!! It is a boutique hotel stay so unique in every way.. Clean, spacious and different... Think White Lotus and it's opening credits for the rooms and this is it! Every Saturday they have a happy hour from 3-4pm to treat their guests with charcuterie boards & wine as well. The room has everything you need & more. It is what they call an invisible stay with no lobby but let me tell you, nothing invisible with their hospitality! Katie, the manager, was attentive, resourceful, kind & engaging. She was warm & friendly and we truly appreciated her and look forward to hopefully coming in the near future! Thank you so much Katie, you made our stay so welcoming & my hubby's 50th birthday memorable!

Property is in the heart of Solvang shopping. The check in was excellent. Invisible service was awesome. Also response time to texted questions was fast and thorough. Room was spacious and just as described. Whole we were there is was raining. The staff were kind enough to put out umbrellas for guests to use. All in all a great stay. The ONLY negative thing i have to say is the lighting for the parking area was not on. Was not a big deal. Never felt unsafe. Just an explanation on the 4 star for property condition. Other than that property is great.

The suite we stayed in was gorgeous !! (Suite 7)Very clean. Very welcoming. Very cozy. 9/10 recommended. The only downside was no access to the balcony and we had view of the parking lot. Other than that, I would rebook and stay here again.

Great location; spacious and clean accommodations; parking available and secure. First experience with “invisible” check-in - we stopped in at Vinland for instructions and received good service.

We didn’t realize we were on a Main Street until the night traffic thus effecting our sleep. We also noticed the vents were very dusty & looked like they had not been cleaned or changed in a long time. We think that may have caused some of our sneezing & congestion. The bed was very comfortable & the room was clean. The other items we had problems with were: the bathroom lights were difficult to figure out, the air conditioner blew right into the bed so we had to turn it off to try & sleep since it was hitting us directly. Other than those concerns the room was nicely decorated, clean & in a central location.

Very nice off site manager Katie came over to help us on a couple items. Nice property. Very large room and nice bathroom. Park under the hotel so don't be looking around for a parking lot. Driveway takes you down and you park. Elevator with a luggage cart is down there and you can easily get things up to your room. We would stay here again. Dog friendly too, but we don't have a dog.

Was never sent my check in instructions until I called and asked for it. My codes weren't correct and I waited 2 hours for a response over text as nobody was answering any calls (self service hotel, no staff on sight). My door lock (keypad) was reset eventually once maintenance came and then my codes to use to get to the honor bar (common area) didn't work. My shower handle broke while on max heat later that night and had to wait until a maintenance member came to fix it but I had dinner so I had to leave it on and approve them to come in and work while i was gone. I came back to the handle and tile around completely removed and disassembled and my entire room was dripping on the walls and ceiling due to the humidity as the maintenance guy didn't close the bathroom door (shower now not able to be used). My room was above a bar below, 9am it was busy for some reason and woke us up. Legit sounded like we were in the bar the flooring was that thin. Valentines day was definitely an interesting one
