「For the first time EVER, the upstairs neighbors kept me up. I stay here often and have NEVER had this issue. This isn't something the hotel could fix unless I had them change my rooms, which I'm sure they would gladly do. These people are truly customer friendly and try to help if there is ever an issue」

「This hotel was overall great, the staff was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating when it came to us asking for a late checkout so we didn’t have to go sit at the airport all day. It is in a very convenient location, definitely walking distance to a lot of places to eat, sightsee and just wonder around, there was always scooters available so that was amazing. I would rate our experience a 10/10, we will definitely be back! 」
