It should be done through the hotels.com App or an agent to protect peoples credit cards. I had no idea if the email was legit so I called the resort to confirm. "

In the evening, Sarah was just as amazing — friendly, attentive, and always helpful. Hernan, the team leader, clearly runs a tight ship. His professionalism and commitment to guest satisfaction truly showed through the entire team’s service. The apartment itself was clean, stylish, and comfortable — just as described.
