"The cottage was perfect for our Mom and Grandma visit with my kids, who attend college in nearby Stephenville. We got rained in, so didn't get to make use of the lake and park, but the game room was the perfect spot to spend quality time playing board games, watching movies and making the most of our time with our newly grown and flown. "Very cozy with nice grounds. There are no TV's in the rooms, which we did not mind but may not be right for everyone. The bed did not have a very good mattress, so if you have a bad back the more predictable mattresses of a hotel chain may be better."

"A really nice place close to downtown square. Accommodations were superb. Breakfast was great (home cooked and hot) The host (Julie) anlso accommodated our diet needs with choices. WiFi and YouTube TV channel was also good. The host also suggested sites around town and was very friendly. Definitely recommend this B&B. "

"The motel had no record of my reservation from Expedia. There are no empty rooms in the entire town at any hotel. Due to the staff they found a room for me ..just luck. "
