「Staff was super helpful no matter what time of day. Our room key kept glitching out on the second night and the gentleman that helped us was attentive both times we had to get the keys reprogrammed. 「Rooms did not appear as they were marketed in pictures. However with the marketing you will book it at the cheap rate available, only to arrive and see the place is not as expected . Only to be told your booking is non-refundable....Rooms, common areas, and exterior in shameful amounts of disrepair. Front desk staff was there, but just watching TV the whole time. Would not recommend.」

「The Lowell Inn is a beautiful, historic hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast on the porch was a wonderful experience. The food was excellent, and the server was one of the best! Parking in the ramp with access to the hotel floors on each level was very convenient. We were able to walk around the town and down to the river.」
