「Staff were professional and timely. We needed help with taking our bags to the lower level, which did not have elevator access and the staff carried our bags down by hand. The hotel needs renovations and the cleaning could be better. We found hair left in the bathroom. The rooms are spacious especially the suites. 」

「I likee the free breakfast, warm buffet, the coffee and water available all day with flavoree creamer options, I enjoyer the pool was decent available and quiet. And the room suze was really nice. 」

「This was my first time at the SpringHill Suites in Hershey PA and everything from checkin to the room, customer service, checkout tells me I'll be making a return visit. When checking out I told the desk clerk I wished I could stay for a couple more nights it was so nice. 」
