「Staff improvement is highly needed! Our room was missed for cleaning Saturday Morning while I was out and once I arrived I was informed that the cleaning crew was gone. I failed to receive any fresh towels, fresh ice bags and no tissue for the day. I had to go to the front desk to receive the items which I found irritating. The front clerks were barely at the front desk where you have to call or look for someone to help. Also the hotel needs to spray for insects I had numerous of ladybugs in the...

「The Benefield House was wonderful! We stayed in Abby’s Room and appreciated the atmosphere. The breakfast prepared for us each day were delicious! Nicole and Tommy were fantastic hots and and made truly memorable. We will definitely be back!」
