Ledgewood 3 Stars Hotels

"good-sized room for extended stay with fully equipped kitchen including a small dishwasher, microwave, full-sized refrigerator, and cooktop. Very comfortable bed, no problems with wifi. Nice shower; the water is set to never get too steamy. One sofa cushon was ripped at the seam and the desk light was dodgy--only worked occasionally. Nice breakfast with hot and cold choices. Staff were friendly and efficient. I would stay there again when returning to the area. "

"The 2-bedroom suite was perfect for our family of 5. The breakfast here was one of the best we've had at any hotel. Only negative for the hotel was that we had to pay to park in the hotel parking lot. "

"There was hair on my bedding and it wasnt mine. The bedding barely fit the bed. The sheets were sized too small. Two front desk staff were horrible but a third was fantastic. AC was funky. I could not shut it off. Phone in the room dod not work. I had to walk down to the front desk. Not thrilled with the service on this stay. "

"The room was in an appalling state, really dirty, was smelling horrible. I could not stay with my family. Had to book another hotel and leave right away. I want a refund since it was not at all what was advertised in the website. "

"Nice quiet place good staff nice and comfortable bed. Refrigerator ice make inside the refrigerator. You don’t have to walk the hall fully furnished very good and comfortable place."

"The room was dirty and I asked the front desk to bring the cleaning ladies to our room and they proceeded to tell me the “cleaning ladies aren’t here” and the only option is to switch rooms. Meanwhile literally right before I came to ask the front desk the cleaning ladies were two rooms down from us. I told the front desk that’s not true I just saw them. Then they retracted what they said and said oh yea they must have just started. I said ok…? So can you ask them? And they said no. The only option is to switch rooms. This is extremely frustrating. Plus as a mom with an infant with me it’s difficult to switch rooms and I explained this and they still told me that was the only option. Would not recommend this place just because of the staff and the room not being cleaned. "
