"Clean and comfortable stay"

"The breakfast service in the morning was probably the best part the bed was not that comfortable usually when I stay as places the beds are my favorite part Communication and front desk is amazing. Property manager needs to step up on quality of bed."

"Nice hotel off of 75 north, close to dining and shopping centers. Hotel room was clean, spacious, and a/c worked very well. Hostess at check in was professional, friendly, and efficient. "

"We usually choose this hotel when we visit the area because it is located near UTD. I love that is has a garage to park in, with easy access to every floor. We don't usually eat the breakfast, but it's available. We do, however, take advantage of the coffee and soft drink area downstairs quite often! The front desk usually very helpful and professional. "

"Our room was comfortable, the beds were great! It was close to the park we needed to be at. The swimming pools were freezing, the indoor pool felt like ice. I was woken up by the window rattling when the wind started blowing off the tornado that was near by. Other than that.... it was a good stay."

"Overall it was good; however, not getting daily housekeeping is awful. Hotels.com needs to post current housekeeping policies. Covid restrictions s over. There’s no excuse to not provide daily housekeeping unless you just want to become a second-rate hotel. The front desk employee was very nice and gladly gave us extra towels due to the lack of housekeeping services. "
