「Great location and hospitality was grear」

「The location is fantastic. Easily connected to train bus and particularly the ferries Rooms need more storage and surfaces to organise belongings Aircon is centrally controlled at 20 degrees which was not pleasant in 35 degree heat this week. Aircon should be managed by the user not the hotel reception」

「This hotel has a great location. Very close to Lake Garda and within easy reach of public transport and the ferry. The staff are outstanding, very helpful and extremely friendly. The property is quite dated, but very clean as is reflected in the rooms. The air conditioning was minimal making it hard to sleep most nights. The greatest negative for us was the noise. From 6am doors were slamming and the volume of noise increased as housekeeping started to clean at 8am. Their supplies were kept in...

「Hotel staff were very helpful and went above and beyond to look after us and advise on the local area. The swimming pool was very clean and refreshing. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection of food. Very close to the lake and the bus stop was close by which made getting around very accessible if you didn’t have a car. Would definitely stay there again.」
