「Upon checking in...there was a smell....when going to our room and checking the beds (2 queen beds) BOTH BEDS WERE BADLY STAINED.... we were moved to another 2 queen bed room upstairs....also BOTH BEDS STAINED AND GROSS...TRASH STILL IN THE ROOM... When I asked for the Manager, I was told there was no Manager on location, no was there any service staff to change any sheets or clean anything.... I demanded a refund and got one.」
