It would be more better if the staff were more friendly and actually spoke English I think if you’re gonna run a hotel, you should have different languages for people to actually understand not to have people where you say hello how are you doing in the first day they say me no no no English that is English. They need to do better by staff.」

「The staff was 」

「I am allergic to feathers and down pillows etc. When I entered the room I had a reaction within 5 minutes. There were 4 of 6 down pillows and both duvet covers that were the culprit. I called the front desk and told the girl of the situation. In less than 10 minutes an employee replaced the pillows and took the duvets, and told me to take a blanket from the closet if needed. Kudo's to the staff for acting quickly to avoid a possible dangerous situation for me. 」

「Jay was a joy to interact with. She is very professional and helpful. My room was nice and comfortable. I love the location of the hotel. The area is very clean. It's very convenient to everything, including the highway. I felt very safe here.」
