"The stay was pretty avrg. housekeeper didn't speak English so we had to go to the front desk to get towels etc.. But, overall it was an ok stay."

"This stay has been amazing. Every single staff ive talked to have been professional and accommodating. Being on the raod and away from home is made alot easier when staying at a place where your taken care of from check in to check out!"

"Was mislead on amenities in room - no microwave, bathroom sink was in main room, not in bathroom. Decent stay overall, just wish I had known the changes. Purely a layover airport type of motel (lack of service and room essentials do not allow this to qualify as a proper hotel) - will not be staying here again. "

"The property never answers their phone calls. I tried at several different times over a period of 3 days trying to get ahold of someone and not one single time was the phone answered. Very poor customer service. "

"Well the keyed entry into the building and parking garage threw me at first, but realizing it added safety in the middle of the city made it worth it. Definitely felt safe once inside! Great facility, comfortable, lots of great breakfast options in the middle of the week. The firepit and pool looked awesome from the window. Only stayed 1 night for medical reasons though, so didn’t get to use it. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Front desk was amazing. I believe his name was lewis but not sure on that. He gave great service and pointed out all the perks of my stay. Including the bar (super nice lobby )with tv and even a fire pit located outside. Will def be adding to my list of staycation spots when i need a mental health day away. "
