「I liked the location and layout of our unit. Finish work was pretty bad, in my opinion. I’m in construction/interior design, and flooring and base was installed horribly. Staff was great! Annoying that no carts were avail on check I. Or check out. Apparently guests had them in their rooms all weekend. That’s NOT ok, and VERY inconvenient for other guests!」

「The Hotel Staff was very helpful when I arrived. I was meeting friends at another hotel & the front desk gave me a copy of walking directions!! When I was leaving I was able to leave my suitcase as I had 5 hours to roam around & have a final lunch with friends!」

「Great room, nice view, great temp control, very clean and comfortable. Dislike: 1) being required to pay $20 per day for breakfast/amenities that I didn't particularly want; and 2) the hotel recommended a taxi service that charged me literally triple the usual fee for a short ride: $45 one-way to the Denver Zoo! (Return taxi charged $15 for the identical trip). The hotel should exercise greater care before recommending a company.」
