Kekoskee 3 Stars Hotels

This is LONG overdue and for that I apologize. My 12 year son and I were traveling from central Illinois up to Green Bay to take in a Packers game this past December, staying the night in Appleton. Can't wait until I can go back in warm weather to use their beautiful outdoor pool, & the hot tub (the hot tub is available year-round but some work had to be done on it). Restaurant and bar are nice to have in the hotel. Clean and quiet. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff is helpful and courteous. I often will need early check in’s when driving from city to city and over time you can tell when the customer service person is making a promise/commitment just to complete the transaction and they have no intention to follow through. This is one of the few hotels where the staff is genuine and they follow through on their commitments. The facility is clean but it could use a face lift.
