"Our stay at Holiday Inn Cincinnati Liberty Way by IHG was truly excellent. The hotel was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The fresh breakfast each morning offered plenty of good choices, and everything tasted great. The staff made our experience even better. Everyone was welcoming, but Kiran at the front desk stood out in an exceptional way. He was incredibly courteous, warm, and professional — he made us feel genuinely valued from the moment we arrived. Kiran is truly the face of the hotel, and he absolutely deserves to be recognized for his outstanding service. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!"

"Property has an excellent location and close to a wide variety of restaurants and shops Rooms are comfortable with full kitchen facilities excellent for families with children. Do the pool was closed due to late fall season, I have been to the property during late spring- summer time and my grand kids have used the pool. The same is not crowded and is quite safe."
