「The location was undergoing renovations, ceilings were open and the parking lot was being resurfaced. There was an odd smell and the rooms were fairly outdated, with stains and mold in areas. The breakfast was a disaster, the waffle irons were on but no mix, and the juice dispenser was empty. There was no butter for the toast and no milk for cereal. When I asked the teen in the kitchen room, he simply said no. That was the end. He opened the juice dispenser showing the empty spots and said...

「I enjoyed the location to beach and boardwalk. Several pools and plenty of lounge chairs.」

「The rooms were filthy and the entry doors didn’t close the whole way. Non smoking rooms were filled with the smell of smoke. Couches were ripped and stained. I’ve never been to a hotel that was this dirty. I couldn’t even stay the night and they charged me for the room regardless.」

「Convenient location. Pleasant staff. Clean rooms. Kitchen cabinets and furniture could use an update. Breakfast was fair (nothing compared to the Hampton Inn's breakfasts). Overall, a nice place to stay close to Long Branch beach.」

「I love this hotel. The room was so perfect and clean.」

「True to its name this is a garden site and the grounds are wonderful. Most hotels jam-pack their gyms, making it impractical for more than a handful of people and the equipment will be in the way of your workout if you plan to use anything but a stationary machine. My room had a troubled shower faucet which required extra force to make it work taking away that Hilton brand experience.」

「The hotel has a beautiful entrance and we were able to check in early. The only issue was water temperature in rooms....」
