「The Breakfast was good value for the money and all the staff where lovely.It is a lovely old hotel with lovely views and grounds.But does need some updating.」

「My main problem was sorted once I reported it, but it was an unusual scenario, I believe, in that my room had not been properly cleaned before my arrival. The manager was superb in accepting my observations and promised to get the room cleaned by housekeeping the following day whilst I was out (I stayed for 2 nights).
