「As always when in Cartagena we stay here. Can’t express enough about how welcome we feel here. The staff are excellent in all areas. Come here every two months. Like home because of the people. Close to everything I need with transportation at the front door. You can stay anywhere but staying at a place like this is different. Give it a try you’ll be glad you did.」

「No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto. Para nada las facilidades son, lo que se proyectan en las foto. Las camas sucias, con insectos, sabanas manchadas y toallas. El lugar para nada seguro. Demasiado ruido. Caca de animales en la habitación y la cama. Tuve que caminar un tramo de casi 15min cargando mi maleta por toda la arena. Animales de la calle. Me senti insegura toda la noche. Tuve que hasta bloquear mi puerta con mi maleta.」

「They have lots of problems with the water supply. We didn’t have water to use for at least half the time we were there. Frustrating. Also there is not hot water.」

「Peaceful stay with great views and friendly staff I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Isla Soy. The location is excellent, with nice views and a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax. The hotel itself is great, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout my visit — the service was one of the highlights. A couple of suggestions for improvement: it would be nice to have a few extra amenities or activities so the stay doesn’t feel limited if you’re there for several days....
